Saturday 3^rd March arrive later in day- after 3pm at Whalesong Sanctuary, Captain Cook, Big Island, Hawaii

Welcome and Orientation for program

Day 1 – Sunday 4^th March

Ø 6.30am Breakfast awakened by aroma of organic Hawaiian coffee brewing! Tropical fruits, cereal, toast

Ø 7.30am Down to bay for early swim/snorkel with dolphins- snacks after swim on bay

Ø Lunch and afternoon – Gong Master training- first session

Ø Sunset Yoga and meditation –Jen Sedman

Ø 7pm- Evening Program- dolphin sounds/ dolphin stories/ movies with  Patricia Athena and locals

Day 2- Monday 5^th March

^{Ø  7.30am Down to bay for early swim/snorkel- snacks after swim on bay-}

^{Ø  Lunch and afternoon – Gong Master training- second session}

^{Ø  Sunset Yoga and meditation –with Jen}

^{Ø  7pm- Evening Program- Don with gong and sound session- 3rd session}

^{Day3- Tuesday 6th March}

^{Ø  7am morning boat trip off Kona coast to visit huge dolphin pods and whales}

^{Ø  Lunch at Kona on the sea return to Captain Cook and rest}

^{Ø  Later Gong Master training- 4th session}

^{Ø  Sunset Yoga and stretch- with Jen}

^{Ø  Celebration with Dinner-music and concert- with all}

^{Day 4 -Wednesday 7th March}

^{Ø  6.30am Breakfast awakened by aroma of organic Hawaiian coffee brewing!}

^{Ø  7.30am Down to bay for early swim/snorkel}

^{Late morning- Gong Master training- 5th  session}

^{Farewell Lunch and departure 3pm}   

^{Information for the trip}

^{Snorkel and Swimming equipment.}

^{Please come prepared for the swimming sessions. I recommend a good set of snorkel and fins. Please contact me}

^{about this as the correct gear is so important}

^{Jen and Patricia Athena will guide you in being comfortable in the water plus advise about your gear. You can hire / buy them in Hawaii. A good set of goggles and snorkels is about$50US. Practice is very important so that no time is wasted in Hawaii and you feel comfortable with your gear in the water.}

^{Bring hats and a good sun cream plus a rash shirt to protect against the sun. We may be in the water for 1 hour or more.}

^{Bring monies for spending on coffees and snacks along the way.}

^{There will be 1 meal at a restaurants and will vary in cost from $8- $20}

^{There will be no stops for shopping and you are encouraged to do your shopping before or after the tour.}

^{You will connect with Hawaiian culture and information will be given. There are also local people you will connect with people who can share some very interesting experiences living on the Big Island and swimming with dolphins.}

^{There will be a MER KA BA breathing and sacred geometry class for the 3 days before the retreat and you are welcome to join this group – and a sacred tour of the island including a visit to the home of Pele at the Kilauea crater and hot spring visit.
